Peter Wright was born on a Hippie Commune in Northern Saskatchewan on November 19, 1982 with is a rare congenital disorder known as Arthrogryposis. This disease affects his legs and there ability to bend. It is a common misconception that Pete has prosthetic legs, People often think this because of his gangsta strut when he is walking or dancing only comparable to Frankenstein, Zombies or Robots.

Peter first experienced the D.J Culture at age 16 at Connect Music Festival in 1999. (www.connectfestival.ca) One year later at age 17 he started his own production company CrippledWheel Productions.

It has been 10 years since Crippledwheel started and during this time he has become one of Saskatchewan’s most predominant promoter’s. Bringing in several of the worlds biggest Breaks , Turntablism and Hip Hop D.J’s. These experiences along with a handful of local D.J’s are what inspired peter to get involved with mixing and scratching. Funk, Hip-Hop, Glitch Hop, Dub Step and Mid Tempo Breaks are the beats you will hear when pete is behind the wheels of steel. Over the last two years he has toured all over western Canada and is currently the resident D.J at The Shark Club in Saskatoon.

You will never hear him play the same set twice and can be guaranteed to have a tremendous reaction from any crowd young or old, Pete will bring the heat and find music that will make your booty shake and your body ache
